Job Summary
Commercial Finance Manager responsible for end-to-end reporting and analysis of HIVED’s unit economics (CM2: Gross Profit) across parcel delivery, collection, and sortation. Acts as a business partner to Commercial and Operations teams, prepares business cases, drives end-to-end reporting of financials with Data & Operations, leads budgeting and monthly forecasting around unit economics, and supports performance variance analysis. Also leads financial modelling to support profitability decisions (customer/depot/density), champions AI and automation within Finance, and implements/maintains internal controls to improve financial processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of post-qualified experience within a finance function
- Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- Proficiency in financial software incl Xero and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization & analytics tooling (PowerBI) beneficial
- Familiarity with no-code solutions (e.g. Make, Zapier) beneficial
- Analytical skills and strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
