Job Summary
Commercial Finance Manager responsible for the overall financial steering of scope across country/business areas, including forecasting, planning, and performance monitoring against budgets. Acts as the principal finance partner to local and central management, challenging investment decisions and supporting business cases. Participates in shaping the Finance toolkit and drives transversal projects with internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong network across functions. Emphasizes technical proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making, within a multinational, collaborative environment. Flexible working arrangements and opportunities for cross-country collaboration across European markets (Barcelone/Barcelona and Hamburg) are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or comparable qualification with relevant financial expertise
- 3+ years of professional experience in Consulting, Controlling or Operations with strong financial focus
- Proven track record of driving business performance through a commercially driven approach
- Ability to validate business models using commercial data in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with cross-cultural teams
- Team player with adaptability to new situations and curiosity about market challenges
