Job Summary
Commercial Finance Lead – Trading Insights & Customer Profitability accountable for leading end-to-end IRO reporting across Vodafone, Three and the Consumer Brand Unit, consolidating performance metrics for senior leadership, owning S15/S18 dashboards, and partnering with Data & Analytics to bridge raw data to actionable commercial insights. Driving Unit Economics models, ensuring like-for-like alignment across brands, delivering KPI consolidation for weekly outlooks, month-ends, forecasts and long-range plans, drafting executive commentary for CLT, maintaining Risks & Opportunities view, and leading cross-brand Investment Forum activities. Requires ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification and strong stakeholder management, with a continuous improvement mindset to standardise reporting across brands. Hybrid working pattern with 2-3 days in the office weekly; UK-based locations Newbury and Speechmark. Innovative, collaborative environment within VodafoneThree.
Required Qualifications
- ACCA or CIMA or ACA Qualified Accountant
- Experience of reporting consolidation across multiple brands/teams/departments
- Interest in designing performance reports & dashboards
- Strong communication and influencing skills
