Job Summary
Lead Financial Analyst, Americas serves as the finance partner to Americas Sales leadership, driving profitable growth through pricing discipline, deal support, and forecasting. Responsible for end-to-end P&L for the Americas, margin improvement by channel, and governance of pricing and discounts. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and NPD to track investments, evaluate business cases, and report to C-suite. Requires high autonomy, strong business judgment, advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables), data warehouse/ERP proficiency, and effective communication; role is remote within EST hours with occasional travel within the Americas.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or deal desk
- Strong experience partnering directly with Sales leaders
- Proven track record influencing pricing and deal outcomes
- Comfortable operating in high-autonomy, single-threaded ownership roles
- Strong business judgment — able to balance growth vs. profitability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
- Highly proficient with Excel; including use of macros and pivot tables
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient at harvesting and manipulating data from ERPs and data warehouses
