Job Summary
Analyze and interpret commercial, operational, and financial performance to support strategic decision-making and improve EBITDA. Administer price lists in the ERP system, validate customer rebate requests, and calculate monthly and annual rebates while monitoring accruals and claims. Perform pricing, margin, and profitability analyses to identify opportunities for business performance improvement. Develop financial reports, dashboards, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning. Supervise team members, ensure effective workload management, and lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable to resolve pricing issues and ensure agreement administration. Requires advanced Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, and SAP skills, with a minimum of two years in commercial finance. Based in Plycem USA, reporting to the Financial Planning and Reporting Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience with pricing administration, rebate management, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Previous experience using SAP or another ERP system
- Experience developing financial reports, dashboards, and business performance analyses
- A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- SAP (or other ERP systems)
