Job Summary
Commercial Finance Business Partner role focused on end-to-end trade promotions accounting and related commercial finance processes (gross-to-net, rebates, coupons, billings, deferrals, reserves, revenue recognition). Responsible for detailed analysis of Gross to Net spending and product/customer profitability, building/updating reports for business cases and finance performance, supporting internal/external audits with Legal Entity Controllership, ensuring compliance with local regulations and US GAAP, and driving process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and automation. Supports financial planning, reporting, and reviews for the Poland commercial business; acts as the liaison between commercial teams and finance support; requires fluency in Polish, multinational finance experience, SAP/SAP BW familiarity, and strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency. The role is Hybrid-based in Warsaw, Poland within the Europe/Middle East/Africa region, with a university finance/accounting background and minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Polish language
- Knowledge of local Tax/Accounting requirements and US GAAP
- Min 3 years of business experience
- Multinational environment experience (Big4 asset)
- Operational (P&L) finance experience in a commercial environment
- Experience in commercial finance, financial planning, forecasting, reports, and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to explain financial issues to non-finance audiences
- Excellent people skills and collaboration across regions
- Experience with SAP, SAP BW; BW knowledge is a strong asset
- University degree in finance, accounting, or related area
- Expert level Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
