Job Summary
Partner with Commercial and Consumer P&C product line leaders to drive financial strategy, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting for ANZ operations. Present financial reports and KPI trending to country leadership while designing analytical tools and BI dashboards to monitor P&L performance across all cohorts. Lead business cases for new distribution deals and growth strategies, ensuring stakeholder management for timely sign-off. Collaborate with FP&A, Controllership, and Actuarial teams to maintain compliance with local and US GAAP policies. Drive digital transformation of financial reporting processes and deliver ad-hoc analysis to support emerging trends and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications

- Supporting financial management and success of ANZ Commercial and Consumer P&C businesses
- Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures
- Providing strategic business partnership to the ANZ leadership team
- Business partnering across all product line leaders for Commercial & Consumer lines
- Communicating financial information and analysis to the country leadership team
- Presenting financial reports, analysis and recommendations for future performance KPI trending
- Working with the Australian and NZ leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's financial goals
- Leading on business cases for new distribution deals and growth strategies
- Ensuring stakeholder management to deliver structured & timely sign off an approval process
- Supporting annual budgeting

- Routine KPI monitoring
- Preparing insightful, timely, executive level FP&A deliverables
- Identifying emerging trends and material variances on KPIs
- Providing insightful analytics

- Providing timely insights and trend analysis on business performance across all P&L categories and cohorts of business
- Strong business partnering with FP&A, Controllership and Actuarial teams
- Ensuring compliance of the business operations with local and US GAAP policies
- Ensuring compliance of the business operations with Chubb policies and procedures
- Driving digital transformation of day-to-day financial reporting processes
- Driving digital transformation of performance management framework

- Enabling curiosity on financial performance based on DFO and business requirements
