Job Summary
Draft and review financing documents, conduct due diligence, coordinate transaction closings, and support attorneys throughout all stages of a financing transaction. Assist with secured lending matters, middle market financing, and corporate finance work ranging from senior secured facilities to leveraged loans. Manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively while representing lenders and borrowers across diverse industries. Submit a resume, writing sample, and transcript to apply.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- experience with secured lending transactions
- familiarity with UCC Article 9
- licensed to practice in California
- detail oriented
- organized
- responsive
- interested in continuing to develop their commercial finance practice
Desired Qualifications
- experience with a finance practice at an Am Law 100 or 200 firm
- Experience representing lenders and borrowers in middle market financing transactions
