Job Summary
Commercial Finance Analyst position in Metro New York for Tropicana Brands Group. Responsible for weekly/periodic reporting and variance analysis against Plan and Forecast, supporting periodic forecasting and annual planning, assisting with pricing and trade-spend management, and ensuring timely payment to the Independent Operator network. Collaborates with Commercial Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Business Unit finance to manage P&L expectations and accuracy. Performs ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities, supports changes to the customer payment platform, and leverages SAC and Power BI for insightful financial reporting. Requires 3-5 years of FP&A/finance experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration (MBA/CPA a plus), proficiency with SAC & Power BI, and the ability to work in a blended in-office/remote environment. Located in Whitestone, NY or willing to relocate; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Salary range: $65,000-$90,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration (MBA/CPA a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be located in Whitestone, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
- Willingness to work in a blended environment with 3 days in office and remote work
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, evaluating business performance, financial accounting and control; Commercial/Sales finance a plus
- Proficiency with SAC & Power BI; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to structure and prioritize tasks in a semi-ambiguous environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration
