Job Summary
Design and maintain AI-enabled forecasting models and reporting to improve revenue, bookings, and demand planning accuracy. Build automated reporting solutions and KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics to accelerate analysis and executive decision-making. Leverage machine learning to identify trends, risks, and commercial performance patterns while partnering with Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams on bi-weekly through annual reporting cycles. Provide proactive analysis of commercial performance against plans and support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles using automated planning tools. Deliver actionable insights on revenue growth, pricing, and market opportunities to drive strategic growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related disciplines
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and data visualization best practices
- Experience building automated reporting solutions and interactive dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Experience utilizing AI and machine learning tools in business analytics or financial planning environments
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Copilot, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks, Alteryx, Python, R, or similar advanced analytics platforms
- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, OneStream, and modern cloud data environments
- Experience developing predictive forecasting models and automated decision-support tools
- Passion for AI, automation, and continuous process improvement
- Strong business partnership and communication skills
- Ability to influence decision making through data storytelling and visual analytics
- Curiosity to challenge traditional processes and drive digital transformation
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement innovative solutions that improve business performance
- 4 days on-site in South Plainfield, NJ
- Remote on Fridays
- Occasional travel may be required (not expected to be more than 10%)
Desired Qualifications
- Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, or process improvement certifications preferred
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting frameworks
