Commercial Field Superintendent (HVAC/Plumbing)

Lead and coordinate the Commercial HVAC/Plumbing New Construction and Retrofit teams, providing supervision over field and management personnel, scheduling, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, inspecting work, managing subcontractors, coordinating material procurement, maintaining field documentation and job data sheets, interfacing with Project Managers and customers on-site, monitoring budgets and cost data, and driving adherence to policies and regulatory standards. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, blueprints/schematics interpretation, and a minimum of five years of related experience; high school diploma or equivalent is required with HVAC/plumbing certifications (degree preferred).
