Job Summary
Lead and supervise a 2–3 person commercial fence installation crew while planning daily job site activities to keep projects on schedule. Install commercial fencing including chain link, wood, vinyl, aluminum, and ornamental types by reading layouts, setting posts, and pouring concrete. Operate trucks, trailers, hand tools, and construction equipment safely while maintaining a safe, organized job site and ensuring quality workmanship. Train and mentor crew members, and communicate with customers, project managers, and company leadership. Full-time year-round work in Savannah, GA with a competitive hourly rate plus overtime and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial fence installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round
- Must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Installer, or Supervisor experience
- CDL
