Commercial FBP - Finance Advisor

Job Summary
Finance Advisor to join Rio Tinto's Commercial Finance team in Singapore. Drive planning and performance management, support an independent revenue-generating unit for third-party trading, develop clear P&L accountability between third party and equity tonnes, partner with controllership, tax, legal and treasury to ensure setup and tracking of the unit, and provide insights on revenues, profitability, working capital and key value drivers to influence strategy and cost discipline across Buy, Sell, Move and Enable. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, contribute to KPI development and performance management, and help optimize ERP-enabled reporting and processes for the Commercial hub.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor and/or professional qualification e.g., MBA, ACA, CPA
- 10 years + significant finance and commercial experience within a global organisation
- Experience effectively managing and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders
- Analytical and strategic forward-thinker
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with capacity to work autonomously
- Experience with standard finance tools (SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
