Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial properties, including minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. Perform service inspections, complete work orders via tablet, and submit service reports with quality inspection images. Obtain necessary materials, provide estimates for larger projects, and maintain positive client relationships through face-to-face communication. Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs while adhering to safety standards and completing required training. Requires 2-5 years of trade experience, applicable licenses, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or Degree / Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc), or Specialty Floor Care
- Two (2) to Five (5) years of general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry
- Equivalent combination of training, education, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience in one or more of the building trades
- Applicable certifications, licenses
- Valid driver's license in good standing
