Job Summary
Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure correct fabrication of custom architectural solutions. Operate power tools and equipment safely, including welders, grinders, and forklifts, while performing MIG, TIG, or Stick welding in both shop and field environments. Measure, mark, cut, and assemble materials to exacting tolerances, then inspect all work for fit, finish, and structural integrity. Maintain workstation cleanliness and collaborate with team members to identify issues early. Requires 2+ years of fabrication experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Schedule includes a 4-10 hour day with Mondays off, working Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.

- 2+ years of fabrication or welding experience in a quality-focused environment
- Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills
- Demonstrated skill in delivering clean, accurate and well-made products
- High attention to detail and commitment to consistent workmanship
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- CNC router or Break Press experience
- Forklift operation certification
- Familiarity with quality assurance methods and shop inspection tools
