Job Summary
Receive tender documents and review specifications to prepare costings across standard structures. Prepare and send RFP/RFQs to vendors, collate forex, material, and labour costs for estimate build-up, and generate detailed cost sheets for approval. Identify critical items, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate all tender documents to ensure compliant, on-time submission. Assist in contract negotiations, manage equipment contracts for delivery timelines, and monitor awarded project budgets and milestone invoices. Generate post-mortem reports for completed projects. This role requires travel to Indonesia, Taiwan, and other countries to canvass new contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in related field
- At least 3 years' experience in marine industry
- familiar with sourcing of cost

- IT savvy (Excel, Words, Power point)
- Good working & positive attitude
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Meticulous and self-motivated
