Job Summary
Lead the assigned product launch and promotion in Ciudad de Mexico, executing the business unit's plan to ensure treatment availability for patients with oncology and hematology conditions. Manage the HCP panel and drive sales targets by identifying market dynamics and implementing an omnichannel strategy through direct HCP visits and key external stakeholder engagements. Collaborate with KAM and CVT to map the patient journey, remove access barriers, and develop targeted plans for public sector strategic access points. Monitor and control the local micro-marketing budget while maintaining strict compliance with Johnson & Johnson policies. Requires a university degree in health sciences, business, or engineering, plus 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Titulación Universitaria finalizada
- Carreras de Ciencias de la Salud, Negocios, Ingenierias, entre otras
- Capacidades de comunicación, organización, planificación en un entorno de ventas competitivo
- Licencia de Conducir (Mandatorio)
- Nivel de Ingles - Intermedio
- Rol basado en Campo / Disponibilidad de viaje
- Experiencia minima de 1-2 años con ventas o marketing
