Commercial Execution Architect

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the field-driven commercial execution framework. Responsible for developing and managing field force KPIs and dashboards, incentive compensation plans (goal setting, payout calculations, governance), quarterly targeting and segmentation, and ensuring data quality and value from external vendors. Deliver actionable analytics to inform decision-making, support field readiness across pre-launch to post-launch, and collaborate with Finance, IT, Compliance, and Commercial Operations to scale a data-driven, high-performing commercial infrastructure for product launches in CNS/rare disease or specialty markets. Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable field execution frameworks and to operate effectively in an agile, fast-moving biotech environment.
