Commercial Excellence Specialist

Role serves as a founding member of Colgate’s North America Commercial Operating Model, working at the intersection of Marketing and Customer Development to coordinate the division’s strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities include owning the North America Master Calendar across Marketing, CDO, Finance, and Supply Chain; synthesizing inputs into polished leadership documents; supporting operational rollout and training; coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely inputs and milestones; proactively identifying workflow gaps and implementing practical improvements; and assisting with the digital foundation and AI tool implementation to automate recurring tasks. This role reports to the Senior Director and provides exposure to cross-functional leadership with the opportunity to grow into Marketing or Sales leadership.
