Job Summary
Commercial Excellence Manager role in EMEA focusing on go-to-market design, sales process governance, CRM adoption, and cross-regional transformation. Partners with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, IT/Data, and other functions to drive revenue growth, forecast reliability, and margin quality. Responsibilities include leading segmentation and coverage refreshes, designing sales process governance, strengthening pipeline management and forecasting, industrializing account planning, driving CRM adoption and one-truth reporting, building role-specific dashboards, enabling data governance, and serving as PMO for cross-regional CE initiatives. Requirements include 6+ years (Manager) / 8+ years (Senior Manager) in CE/Sales Excellence or related fields, strong CRM and analytics capabilities, credible stakeholder leadership with senior leadership, and a Master’s degree in a related field (MBA a plus). Fluent English; travel ad-hoc. Location: Paris, France; compensation varies by location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Commercial Excellence / Sales Excellence / Strategy / Commercial Transformation (consulting or in-house)
- GTM design experience
- sales process improvements
- cross-regional PMO delivery
- CRM fluency (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud) and analytics mindset
- ability to convert data into actions
- stakeholder leadership with senior leadership across multiple functions
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics or related; MBA is a plus
- fluent English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
