Job Summary
Commercial Excellence & Data Analytics Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and improving Commercial Excellence initiatives across the Asia Pacific region to maximize top and bottom-line results. Drives data-driven, structured commercial execution via EDGE CRM, pricing discipline, tendering and contracting, and adoption through targeted change management. Collaborates with finance, supply chain, and other functions to improve business processes. Key activities include translating regional/global strategy into actionable execution frameworks, enabling standardized tools and ways of working, enabling market insight processes (MCS, MKIS, LRPP, LRPD, Market Segmentation), driving CRM and commercial systems enablement, improving tender management and contracting approaches, and developing data-driven performance tracking with actionable insights. Requires Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience; strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and IT skills (MS Office, PowerBI, SAP, CRM); English fluency with additional Asian languages preferred. The role is open to APAC locations (Hong Kong, Gurugram, Petaling Jaya, Alabang) with in-person engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Economics, Finance or similar area
- 5 years’ experience in MedTech or Pharma business in commercial support, business intelligence or marketing positions
- Fluent in English; other Asian languages preferred
