Job Summary
Commercial Estimator for government projects in the Southeast US. Responsible for preparing cost estimates for heavy civil and vertical construction, supporting bidding efforts, cost planning, risk assessment, and coordination with project teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering (a building construction degree is preferred) and 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy industrial/vertical construction. Relocation reimbursement is offered; salary range is $90,000–$140,000 along with project bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field. A building Construction degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' construction experience.
- 5 -15 years of Estimating and/or a combination of estimating, field supervision, and project management experience in heavy industrial and vertical construction-related projects.
- Proven experience delivering successful results as an estimator.
