Job Summary
Establish new commercial escrow accounts and process documents as a neutral liaison between buyers, sellers, and lenders. Monitor and mitigate risk with Underwriting while ensuring funds are properly accounted for and disbursed per contract terms. Review, record, and file closing documents including final statements and title to ensure adherence to delivery timelines. Prepare regular status reports for transaction parties and draft legal documents for sale closure. Comply with all regulatory requirements and enforce adherence to established policies. Requires 3-5 years of escrow experience, MS Excel proficiency, and potentially state certification. Pay range $30.91 - $41.20 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of escrow related experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in Commercial
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
- May require escrow officer certification dependent upon state
