Job Summary
Establish new commercial escrow accounts and process documents by acting as a neutral liaison between buyers, sellers, and lenders. Monitor risk cross-functionally with Underwriting, ensure proper fund accounting and disbursement, and complete closings by reviewing, recording, and filing title documents. Prepare legal closure documents, generate status reports for transaction parties, and comply with regulatory requirements. Requires 3-5 years of commercial escrow experience, MS Excel proficiency, and potential certification. Pay range $28.09-$37.44 hourly. Hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of escrow related experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in Commercial
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- May require escrow officer certification dependent upon state
- Comfortableness working with technology and proprietary programs; adapts quickly to new software applications and technologies
