Job Summary
Oversee residential and commercial title closings from beginning to end, supervising the preparation and delivery of all necessary escrow and closing-related documents. Review contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to prepare settlement statements and real estate documents, then submit the settlement statement to the lender for approval. Prepare the closing file for the disbursement department according to company guidelines and resolve all post-closing reconciliation issues, including company reports within required time frames. Requires an active Texas Escrow Officer License, 3+ years of closing experience, and familiarity with MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial and residential closing experience
- Complete knowledge and ability to handle a commercial and residential real estate transaction from the receipt of the contract through funding and disbursement
- Natural attention to detail and ability to organize and execute
- High level multi-tasking and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Active Escrow Officer License in Texas

- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Book of business is a plus
