Job Summary
Repair, maintain, install or refurbish commercial beverage equipment (coffee/espresso machines) on-site per schedule; document all work on an iPad; operate a company van and keep it stocked; troubleshoot and rectify problems; train new employees; develop and implement quality control training for Field Service Technicians; build strong customer relations and provide excellent service; on-call as needed; required licenses include a Valid Driver License and EPA Refrigeration (universal) license; preferred CFESA/Journeyman certifications; 3+ years related experience or training; background check and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- EPA Refrigeration (EPA Universal) license
- 3 years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Desired Qualifications
