Job Summary
Carry out remedial electrical works, install and maintain fire alarm systems, and upgrade emergency lighting across TK Maxx stores. Complete inspection and testing reports while ensuring all tasks comply with BS7671 regulations and site health & safety procedures. Liaise with site managers and project coordinators to deliver high-quality electrical compliance improvements in live commercial environments. This mobile role requires travel to various UK sites, including occasional overnight stays, with a 12-month contract starting immediately.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven commercial experience (ideally retail or similar environments)
- Full UK driving licence
