Job Summary
Commercial Electrician role handling new construction and tenant-improvement electrical installations. Key tasks include installing and routing conduit and wiring (EMT, PVC, MC cable, Romex, CAT5/6, RMC, etc.), installing transit components in panels and switchgear, building and troubleshooting control panels, wiring for HVAC motor controls, and potential Ansul system installations. Read blueprints and construction drawings to ensure code-compliant installations; coordinate with foremen and other trades to maintain schedules; may perform other jobsite duties. Requires minimum four years of commercial construction experience, ability to travel to multiple jobsites, willingness to work third shifts or overnight, physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces and heights, and endure inclement weather; travel and on-site work are integral. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of experience in commercial construction
- Ability to commute to various jobsites

- Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights (including lifts), and in inclement weather
