Job Summary
Commercial Electrician needed for new construction and tenant-improvement projects in Southern California. Install, route, and secure conduit and cabling (EMT, PVC, MC, flexible conduit, CAT5/6, RMC, Romex); install wiring, raceways, junction boxes, and electrical components per project specs and electrical codes; pull, feed, and terminate conductors in panels, switchgear, transformers, and control equipment; build/install/troubleshoot control panels; troubleshoot installation issues; perform HVAC motor control wiring (preferred) and Ansul system installations (preferred); read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings; coordinate with foremen and other trades to maintain schedule; may perform other jobsite duties as directed; requires ability to commute to multiple job sites across Southern California; availability for third shifts/overnight schedules; physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds; comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in inclement weather.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of experience in commercial construction
