Job Summary
Commercial Electrician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings, reading blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting electrical problems and implementing solutions, performing installations, repairs, and upgrades, adhering to safety practices, and working independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget while providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of local and national electrical codes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
