Job Summary
Lead Technician and Apprentice Helper roles in Dallas–Fort Worth: Lead Technician responsibilities include maintaining their truck, tools, equipment, and materials; receiving daily updates on project locations and scopes of work; reporting to the Service Manager. Apprentice Helper assists the Lead in all operations and maintains their own tools and equipment. Competitive pay range $25–$35/hour (depending on experience) with benefits and opportunities for advancement within a family-driven electrical contracting company.
Required Qualifications
- Valid electrical license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR)
- Experience in commercial electrical service work preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools, materials, and testing equipment
- Reliable transportation and a professional attitude
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently or with a team
