Job Summary
Supervise all field activities on assigned electrical construction projects, leading crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution. Interpret blueprints and specifications while conducting regular safety and quality inspections to address issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet goals, schedules, and budgets, and track manpower, materials, and progress reporting. Mentor field staff to promote teamwork and professional development across commercial retail, healthcare, warehouse, and multifamily developments. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in electrical construction
- 2+ years in a field leadership or superintendent role
- Proven experience managing crews on commercial, healthcare, warehouse, or multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and reading electrical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Procore or similar project management tools
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
