Job Summary
Oversee daily service operations and lead a growing team of field technicians for a commercial/industrial/mission-critical electrical contractor. Responsibilities include scheduling, technician coordination, material procurement, and van stock organization; manage service financials (margins, post-project analysis), client communications, and project post-mortems to identify improvements; coordinate project communications between clients, technicians, and internal teams; assist with business development when needed in the Indianapolis area.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a senior electrical technician or service leadership role
- Solid technical understanding of electrical systems and strong familiarity with the NEC
- Proven ability to manage multiple technicians, prioritize scheduling, and oversee material procurement
- Comfortable managing service financials, margins, and post-project analysis
- Experience communicating directly with clients and resolving field-related challenges
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma required; construction management degree or technical training a plus
