Job Summary
In this role as a Commercial Electrical Instructor, you will facilitate student learning by administering lesson plans and guiding students through hands-on applications of electrical concepts. Responsibilities include maintaining classroom cleanliness, safety, and equipment; managing attendance and grading; mentoring new instructors; conducting monthly inspections of facilities; and participating in curriculum development. You are expected to maintain field knowledge through continuing education and address various student concerns effectively. Additionally, instructors are required to assist in developing safety programs and conduct administrative duties as needed. Attendance at semi-annual graduation ceremonies is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum required years of field experience
