Job Summary
Commercial Electrical Estimator / Project Manager at Teague Electric focused on developing client relationships, delivering accurate estimates, and managing commercial electrical projects from award through closeout. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and bid documents, identifying risks and value-engineering opportunities, coordinating manpower, materials, subcontractors, and scheduling, monitoring budgets and project profitability, managing change orders and submittals, and serving as the primary customer contact to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and repeat business. Ideal candidate understands NEC requirements, can read construction drawings and specifications, and is proficient with estimating and project management software; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Desired Qualifications
- Master Electrician license preferred
