Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of trauma-focused professional education programs for healthcare professionals across the UK, including workshops, cadaver labs, and symposia. Develop training initiatives on procedural techniques and product application while identifying gaps to implement targeted programs addressing evolving clinical needs. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to align education with business objectives and build relationships with key opinion leaders. Monitor program effectiveness using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements. Incorporate digital learning approaches to enhance engagement and manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field)
  • Typically 5–8 years of relevant experience in medical education, commercial training, or healthcare program management
  • Experience designing and delivering education programs for healthcare professionals
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical audiences
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • English required
  • Travel up to 30–40% (primarily within the UK, with occasional international travel)
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to customer and training sites

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent)
  • Experience in trauma or orthopedic medical device education
  • Familiarity with surgical training environments, including hands-on labs and workshops
  • Experience working with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and innovative content delivery approaches
  • Experience managing regional or national education programs
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Certifications in project management, medical education, or learning & development
