Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of trauma-focused professional education programs aligned with commercial strategies for healthcare professionals across the UK. Develop training initiatives covering procedural techniques and product application, while identifying gaps to implement targeted programs that enhance clinical knowledge and accelerate adoption of innovative solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to manage educational events such as workshops, cadaver labs, and symposia, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and institutions, utilizing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and incorporate digital learning approaches. Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination for these initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in medical education, commercial training, or healthcare program management
  • Experience designing and delivering education programs for healthcare professionals
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical audiences
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • English
  • Travel up to 30–40%
  • Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent)
  • Experience in trauma or orthopedic medical device education
  • Familiarity with surgical training environments, including hands-on labs and workshops
  • Experience working with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and innovative content delivery approaches
  • Experience managing regional or national education programs
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Certifications in project management, medical education, or learning & development
