Job Summary
Promote and commercialize accounting and advisory offers to enterprises and agricultural exploitations while identifying client needs and proposing high-value solutions. Rebuild, retain, and develop an existing client portfolio by establishing lasting trust relationships and ensuring regular follow-up to uncover growth opportunities. Execute targeted commercial campaigns, conduct proactive outbound calls to secure appointments, and track the effectiveness of engagement efforts from transformation to signature. Collaborate closely with expert teams in accounting, legal, and consulting to detect opportunities and activate internal resources for tailored client responses. Build and maintain a network of partners and represent the company at professional events to reinforce territorial visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire d'un BAC+2 ou équivalent dans le domaine du commerce (BTS MCO, MUC, NDRC...)
- expérience significative dans la vente
- capacités relationnelles et commerciales
- goût du travail en équipe
- capacités d'animation
- fibre commerciale affirmée
- aptitude à passer à l'action rapidement
- à l'aise avec les démarches proactives (appels sortants, prise de RDV, campagnes ciblées)
- aptitude à la gestion et au développement d'un portefeuille clients
- aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement multi-marchés (entreprises / agricole)
