Commercial(e) responsible for developing and securing sales for the Lapaire agency, engaging directly with prospects on the field or in-branch to present services and eyewear products; serves as the first contact with clients, collaborates with the agency team (including an Optician) under the Agency Manager; drives agency sales through on‐site prospecting, client onboarding, and post-sale follow-up; records prospects and sales in the CRM, participates in cashiering, ensures store layout and product presentation, and achieves daily sales targets; provides comprehensive product guidance on eyewear options, lenses, and frame choices; demonstrates customer-service excellence and a proactive, team‐oriented attitude with a focus on meeting objectives and expanding the client base.
