Job Summary
Lead all field operations for commercial drywall projects from start to finish, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Manage daily job site activities including manpower, materials, and scheduling while conducting inspections to maintain the highest standards of workmanship. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies, monitor progress, and track materials to keep projects on budget and schedule. Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff and crews. Requires minimum 10 years of experience in commercial drywall construction, proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects, and daily onsite presence in the Savannah, GA area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience specifically in commercial drywall construction
- Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of drywall systems, blueprints, and specifications
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to proactively solve problems and adapt to changing site conditions
- Willingness to be onsite daily in the Savannah, GA area
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification is a plus
