Job Summary
Manage large commercial drywall jobs, including metal stud framing and hanging, while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. Lead field foremen and oversee the recruitment, selection, and evaluation of employees and subcontractors. Partner with the Safety Team to enforce company and customer safety rules, and maintain accurate time sheets and performance assessments. Develop training programs to enhance team skills and build strong customer relationships to drive job success with general contractors.
Required Qualifications
- at least five (5) years of commercial drywall experience
- Proven ability to lead people and develop strong customer relationships
- Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus
- Understands and can instruct drywall and ceiling industry's labor, materials and methods
- Computer & technology savvy
