Job Summary
Sales/Estimator role in drywall construction focusing on communicating with team, developing estimates and feasibility studies, presenting to clients, reading schematics/blueprints, knowledge of building components life cycle values and maintenance requirements, negotiating contracts, and providing technical guidance to architects/engineers. Emphasis on budgeting, cost estimating, procurement rules, and ensuring contract compliance. Requires strong communication, customer service orientation, and proficiency with estimating software (Quick Bid, On-Screen Takeoff). - Commercial Drywall Construction background

- Understands and can instruct drywall and ceiling industry’s labor, materials and methods
