Job Summary
Sales/Estimator for commercial drywall projects. Develops and presents building estimates and feasibility studies; reads schematics/blueprints and interprets technical manuals; negotiates contractual arrangements and coordinates with architects, structural engineers, and contractors. Requires strong communication, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage data, reports, and budgeting. Proficiency with estimating software including Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff. - Commercial Drywall Construction background
- Talented communication skills: In-person, verbal, and written

- Understands and can instruct drywall and ceiling industry’s labor, materials and methods
- Exhibits high attention to detail

- Ability to form strong relationships with customers to create repeat business
