Job Summary
Manage multiple large-scale commercial drywall projects valued at $1MM+ each, overseeing budgets, schedules, and profitability while coordinating with general contractors and trades. Lead field teams, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships through direct communication and documentation management. Collaborate closely with the estimating team and utilize On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid for accurate project execution. This role requires full-time on-site presence in Seattle, WA, with no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple commercial drywall projects
- Track record of successful $1MM+ project completion
- Expert proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid
- Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Advanced proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid
- Expertise in reading and interpreting construction documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work without sponsorship in the United States
- This position requires presence in Seattle, WA - this is not a remote role
