Job Summary
Manage and supervise drywall construction projects from start to finish; oversee day-to-day activity; ensure work aligns with contract documents; coordinate with estimating, superintendents, vendors, and purchasing to assure material coordination and accuracy; administer budgets, contracts, and cost tracking; emphasize safety, quality, schedule, and customer service; perform on-site coordination and contract administration across assigned projects; lead team development and collaborate with vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years experience in the trade
- Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus
- Detail driven with an accounting mindset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer and technology savvy
