Commercial Drywall Project Manager / Estimator

Manage projects from bid through closeout, handling client communication, change orders, and execution while running both project management and estimating functions in a lean, team-oriented environment. Develop and maintain client relationships focused on repeat and negotiated work, utilizing tools like On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid for accurate estimating. Work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably, taking ownership of the workload to support the company's growth and potential future ownership transition.
