Job Summary
Perform all steps of drywall hanging as a team, including measuring and marking surfaces according to blueprints. Inspect framing surfaces for imperfections such as non-plumb walls or incorrect stud spacing, then mark corrections before starting work. Oversee less experienced installers and coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors regarding project expectations. Identify and resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to roadblocks and demonstrate competency in patching and repairing existing drywall to a like-new appearance. Utilize mandatory tools including screw-guns, lifting wedges, roto-zips, and T-squares while maintaining safety compliance with stilts and scaffolding. Requires 3 years of experience in Production Finishing with a positive attitude and commitment to quality excellence.
