Job Summary
Perform all steps of drywall finishing as a team, utilizing tools such as Bazookas, Banjos, flat and angle boxes, corner rollers, and power sanders. Measure and mark surfaces according to blueprints, inspect for imperfections, and eliminate visible joints, air bubbles, and misaligned tape. Install cornerbead, trim beads, and reveal beads straight and plumb using string lines, lasers, and squares. Patch and repair existing drywall to a like-new appearance while coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors. Oversee less experienced installers and laborers, ensuring compliance with safety procedures for stilts, scaffolding, and ladders. Requires three years of production finishing experience and independent work ability on job sites.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience and skill with Production Finishing and considers themselves a specialist in the field
- Has the experience to be safe with stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders
- Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence
- Compliant with safety procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction
- Dependable Transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
