Job Summary
Install commercial doors, hollow metal frames, and finish hardware; perform metal stud framing and drywall installation; install acoustical ceiling systems on commercial job sites; review blueprints, project drawings, and installation layouts; measure, cut, and prepare construction materials accurately; maintain clean and safe workspaces; coordinate with supervisors regarding project progress and material needs; deliver high-quality workmanship while staying on schedule; travel to project locations throughout the Philadelphia Tri-State region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial carpentry
- Background in commercial door, frame, and hardware installation
- Knowledge of drywall systems, metal studs, and ceiling grid installation
- Ability to interpret construction documents and blueprints
- High school diploma or GED required
