Commercial Dock & Door Service Technician

Coordinate with Dispatch and serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Southwest Region. Perform preventative maintenance by cleaning, lubing, cycling, and inspecting industrial equipment, then troubleshoot mechanical, electrical circuits, and perform inspections, repairs, service, testing, and installation on warehouse and loading dock equipment. Assist with larger jobs in coordination with the Field Service Manager and complete detailed service reports after each assignment. Maintain company vehicles, phones, and safety gear while strictly following all safety procedures and policies. Requires valid driver's license and frequent travel to job sites.
